Before founding CertOf™, Erin worked as a Senior Editor for Harvard Business Review China and as an international producer and editor at CCTV+, bringing over a decade of experience in cross-border communication, bilingual content quality, and editorial risk control. She holds a Master of Science from Syracuse University and a B.A. from Michigan State University. As a U.S. permanent resident who has personally navigated the immigration process, Erin combines hands-on insight into USCIS documentation requirements with deep technical expertise in AI-assisted and human-reviewed translation. Through her work at CertOf™, she helps clients submit critical documents with confidence and avoid common translation and certification pitfalls that can lead to delays or RFEs.
