Clear, Predictable Pricing
- We charge strictly per page, with no word limit. Each order bills at least 1 page. For files over 50 pages or 100 MB, email [email protected]. If the same source needs two target languages, it is billed as two translations.
Trial vs. Paid
- Trial (Free): up to 5 files per day, preview of 1 page, preview keeps a watermark, and no online verification.
- Paid (Pay-per-Use / Premium): download the certified PDF translation with a Certificate of Translation Accuracy and online verification (URL/QR). Premium includes 10 pages per month and 10 files at a time.
Pricing & Payment
- All prices are in USD, excluding tax; 6% VAT is added at checkout.
- Supported payment methods: PayPal, credit card, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
- Premium does not auto-renew. Unused subscriptions are fully refundable; if used, we deduct $19.99/page. No refund after 5 pages or more; partial refund below 5 pages. Email [email protected].

Billing & Scope
- Per-page billing is based on physical pages, with a 1-page minimum per order.
- Blank pages are billed automatically; remove them before upload if they are not needed.
- Multiple target languages for the same source are billed as separate translations.

Deliverables & Verification

- Acceptance: widely accepted, but please confirm your recipient’s specific requirements before submission; refunds/compensation policy applies (see policy link above).

- If the file is reasonably legible (even with handwriting, low resolution, or complex tables/screenshots), it typically completes in minutes; complex files may take slightly over 10 minutes. We don’t offer a paid “rush” tier.
